RETURNS & WARRANTY

Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind or customer sizing returns; Serene Western covers return shipping for confirmed defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items. Eligible returns have no restocking or handling fee.

Our 1-year limited warranty starts on delivery and covers manufacturing defects. Confirmed defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and unauthorized alterations are excluded.

Lost Parcel Solutions: In the rare event of a lost parcel during transit, we will promptly replace your item with express shipping or provide a full refund, based on your preference. If you need to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you.
