At Serene Western, we take pride in our shipping efficiency. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please anticipate receiving your unique jewelry within 5-10 business days from the date of your order. During peak demand periods, delivery times may be slightly extended, up to 15 business days.

From October through December, we continually expand our workforce to meet the holiday rush. However, please note that order processing may require more time. We process orders on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you require your items by a specific date, please be sure to place your order with ample time to spare.

Tracking Information:

All orders are protected, insured, and tracked via real-time status tracking IDs. This means you can monitor your order's progress throughout. If, for any technical reason, you do not automatically receive your tracking information via email within a few days after ordering, please feel free to contact us at service@serenewestern.com. Tracking numbers may take 48-72 hours to become available.

Kindly note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays, so there may be delays in logistics tracking updates.
