Warranty & Repairs
Serene Western jewelry and accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date of delivery. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase. Products confirmed to have manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
*Warranty Exclusions:
The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive wear, misuse, abuse, improper handling, loss, accidents, alterations, negligence, or damages caused by disassembly. Appearance damage over time due to regular use, such as surface scratches or coating friction, is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under the warranty.
Warranty claims do not accrue any points. Serene Western reserves the right to decide whether to replace or repair for warranty claims.
User-incurred repair fees for improper use:
Shipping: Serene Western covers return and replacement shipping for confirmed manufacturing defects covered by the 1-year limited warranty. For repairs outside the warranty, repair charges and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be confirmed before work begins.
Repair Process
To make a claim within 1 year after delivery, email your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos to service@serenewestern.com. Our support team will review the issue and provide instructions before you send the item back.
Prior return authorization is required. Email service@serenewestern.com and wait for written approval before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will be refused. See our Return & Exchange Policy for the authorized return address and instructions. This does not limit applicable consumer rights.
Beyond Warranty Period
For valuable items beyond the warranty period or scope, we will make every effort to repair your item at the lowest cost. If the product or style has been discontinued, Serene Western will consider replacing it with a similar-value alternative.
This warranty does not limit applicable consumer rights. Purchases made before this update retain any more favorable warranty coverage promised at the time of purchase.
