Serene Western is operated by Mint Cactus Brands LLC. Orders are charged in USD. Prices displayed in other currencies are estimates; your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Accepted payment methods
Available methods are shown at checkout for your shipping destination, device, and order. Supported card options can include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Maestro. PayPal, Klarna, and Afterpay may also be available where offered at checkout.
Installment payment options are subject to the provider's eligibility checks, approval, and terms. We cannot guarantee that every method will be available for every order.
Payment security
Enter payment information only through our secure checkout and the payment provider's authorized payment flow. Do not send card numbers, security codes, or passwords by email or through our contact form.
Payment issues
If a payment is declined, check your billing details or contact your bank or payment provider. For order assistance, email service@serenewestern.com with your order number, if available. Please avoid repeatedly submitting payment while its status is unclear.
