Other destinations have different estimates. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; remote-area, carrier, customs, holiday, or peak-season delays may extend delivery.

- United Kingdom, Australia, Canada: 8-10 business days after dispatch.
- Other supported destinations: 10-20 business days after dispatch.
Standard shipping is free for eligible destinations, with no minimum purchase. A $6.99 USD remote-area surcharge may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and AA/AE/AP military addresses. Any applicable charge is shown at checkout before payment. Remote areas may require additional transit time; the US 5-9-business-day estimate does not apply uniformly to these addresses.

Returns and Exchanges
Prior return authorization is required. Email service@serenewestern.com and wait for written approval before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
