Serene Western offers a 30-day worry-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.Our products are known for their top-notch quality and craftsmanship in the industry.

Conditions for Return:

  1. Incorrect Size:

    • Serene Western adheres to strict international sizing standards in jewelry craftsmanship. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing to ensure accurate sizing. If the product size needs to be changed, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

    • Color Discrepancy:

      • Enamel and Turquoise Color Variations: Our enamel craftsmanship leads the industry with a precision rate of 99.8%. Slight color variations due to device display settings are considered normal and not eligible for free return.

      • Natural Turquoise Color Variations: Our natural turquoise, primarily sourced from Arizona, varies in shades. While efforts are made to match images, slight color differences are normal and not subject to free returns.

      • Ring Plating Color Variations: Our jewelry comes in gold, rose gold, and silver colors. Slight variations in color due to device display settings are considered normal and not eligible for free return.

    • Material Allergy:

      • Although we have not received reports of allergies, if you are allergic to the materials labeled on Serene Western products, please do not purchase them. If you experience any allergic reaction, stop wearing the product immediately and seek medical advice. Provide photos of your allergy symptoms and contact customer service to return the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns.

    • Manufacturing Defect:

      • Our products undergo strict quality control before shipment, but we acknowledge that oversights can sometimes occur. If you discover any defects in the product upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly address the issue for you.

    • Unmet Expectations:

      • Serene Western maintains high-quality standards but may not achieve perfection due to the affordability of our products. If dissatisfied, contact our customer service for return arrangements, with return costs borne by the customer.

    • Shipping Issues:

      • Damaged during transit or packaging issues must be reported within 3 days for free replacement or reshipment. Issues reported after 3 days but within 30 days will incur additional fees.

    Return Procedure:

    1. Contact customer service with reasons and photos for damaged/defective items.
    2. The customer service team provides the return address.
    3. Pack items securely for return.
    4. Include a list in the package with order number, email, products, and quantities.
    5. Self-ship the package and provide the tracking number to service@serenewestern.com.

    Note:

    • Please send returned packages to the address provided to you by the customer service team. Orders returned without authorization will not be accepted. We will not be able to provide you with refunds/exchanges/warranty services.

    • Returned items must be in the same condition they were received (including original packaging) to receive a product refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Please note that products marked with the 'BIG Sale' label are part of a special promotional offer and are considered final sale, thus ineligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, items in the shopping cart eligible for lucky half-price discounts are also subject to this policy. Personalized and customized items are also non-refundable.

    • If returning an item due to personal preference, please contact our after-sales team within 7 days. A $7.99 shipping fee will be charged and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Returns after 7 days will be subject to a handling fee of 60% of the total order value.

    • Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after receipt.

    • Exchange fee in the United States: Send it back to the address provided and pay $4.99 (USD) for reissue shipping.

    • Exchange fee in Canada/Australia/Europe/other countries: Send it back to the address provided and pay $7.99 (USD) for reissue shipping.
